None of us like receiving spam emails. Gmail and Yahoo are in process of implementing changes to reduce spam that are applicable to mass email senders. Due to these gmail and yahoo changes, we are implementing the one click unsubscribe feature in email headers to mitigate your emails to homeowners ending up in their spam folders. This feature will be specific to homeowners with gmail and yahoo emails. 

We have additional plans for an option in the footer of homeowner emails that can provide prompts to 'Manage Email Preferences' on the portal as well as unsubscribe. This footer applies to all emails.

The Open Items per Association feature provides valuable business insights by presenting a clear count of outstanding tasks, facilitating proactive management. Additionally, the Unread Messages tool contributes to improved response times by offering a convenient table view of unread messages for each employee, streamlining communication workflows.

The current Mailing Name Override field will be relabeled as C/O. Moving forward the owners name on the account will be used and then C/O on a line below instead of the mailing name override replacing the official name on the owner's account. This will be timed with changing everywhere that homeowner name and address is used including:

The addition of a new type of charge on the Association>Assessments will allow you to track refundable deposits on the new 'Deposit' tab on the homeowner ledger.

The goal is to allow deposit tracking that does not impact the homeowners balance. This is designed for the use case of receiving deposit checks to the office and manually posting them. Release date 10/26/23.

Choosing to enable this feature will combine checks by default at the stage of printing from the check queue, if the check is for the same association, provider and being paid from the same bank account.

This can be overridden on the service provider>payment method, if a particular provider wants a single check per invoice.
